At STB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your STB account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
